Our standard reservation, deposit & cancellation policy is set out below:

 

Parties of 5 or more - subject to our standard deposit requirements.

 

Our standard deposit requirements are:

Parties of 5 or more are subject to £10 per person. Credit card details will be securely taken and held at time of booking Bookings for parties of 5 or more must be confirmed via email by Bourgee Restaurants.

 

Cancellation policy

 

• Cancellation made 48 hours (or more) prior to arrival - no charge

 

• Cancellation made within 48 hours (or less) must be confirmed via email only to Bourgee

 

• We reserve the right to deduct £10 per person as per our usual deposit requirements

 

• Usual refers to non special events, ticketed or promotional activity

 

• Varying deposit amounts will be applied dependant on event type / promotion. Please check your booking date and our website events page for details
