Candidates must demonstrate a background as a Junior Chef and will have some knowledge on steakhouse cuisine and seafood experience would be an advantage. The candidate will have worked in some of the busiest restaurants, operating in an exceptionally pressured environment. This Junior Chef position is offered to a candidate who is interested in joining a fast growing company with increasing opportunities for development with personality and a love of genuine hospitality.
Senior Chef
Candidates must demonstrate an extensive background as a Senior Chef and will have a strong hold on steakhouse cuisine and seafood experience would be an advantage. The chef candidate will have worked as the assistant to leaders of some of the busiest restaurants, operating in an exceptionally pressured environment and will be able to impart this knowledge onto his/her culinary team
Grill Chef
Candidates must demonstrate an extensive background as a Grill Chef and will have a strong hold on steakhouse cuisine – Josper Grill and seafood experience would be an advantage. The chef candidate will have worked as Grill Chef in some of the busiest restaurants, operating in an exceptionally pressured environment.
Kitchen Porter
Candidates must demonstrate a background as a Kitchen Porter and will have worked in some of the busiest restaurants, operating in an exceptionally pressured environment with organisational skills and flexibility.
Front of House Assistant
Candidates must demonstrate a background as a FOH Assistant and the candidate will have worked in some of the busiest restaurants. As a FOH Assistant you will be highly visible and instrumental as a FOH team member in ensuring impeccable and attentive customer service of the utmost quality.
